My wife and I enjoyed both the John Wick and the Equalizer movies. I don't know if I'd go for a John Wick #2 but certainly would for another Equalizer.

Maybe a syntax difference...IMO a tactical reload is topping off your weapon system when the fight has lulled, allowing to do so and prior to re-engaging in the continuing fight...I don't understand why you would rack and loose a valuable round in that instance.

Maybe it was not a tactical reload but he ran empty with slide in battery and thus needed to re-chamber a round...or that is how you operate the movie armorer handgun when running blanks

I watched about 10 time on youtube and he ran dry every time with open slide reloads, when he came into the club it looks like a closed slide but it is open.
