It was popular in the 1970's, especially with the women. I had a female roomate that smoked that stuff all the time.
Once I found a small vile of the stuff around the house. I cleaned out all the dead flies from the window sills and mixed it up with the dust. I gave it to her.
The next day I asked how that dust was, she said "it was great!"
