    Actually, UT does.
    Only if you are a resident of Utah. Non-resident Utah CCWs are invalid in Florida, Michigan, Colorado, and West Virginia.

    Here is the page from the State of Florida regarding reciprocity. Note footnote #6.

      If I took the Utah ccw course , is that something I can use to prove I have been given firearm instruction?

        Not sure because it depends upon what qualifications the instructor has. I did see this post recently:



        It's on 10/4 in Modesto. A Utah CCW class, but the instructor will also provide a training certificate good for Florida (as well as a Florida CCW permit application).

          Yes, but only the resident one, not the non-resident permit we're getting.
