Psa needs to have a huge disclaimer on their main page and their checkout screen.

"we only have one person working on all our orders and a list full of excuses on why we can't provide you proper customer service, with an army of people ready and willing to rationalize our actions if you complain about it. Buy with caution"

Would have solved my issue for sure at any rate, thanks to those who did offer helpful advice, I'll handle the situation. As for purchasing from psa ever again? Bahahahahahahahahahahah!

I did have a hard time contacting PSA via email when I ordered an upper through them, then didn't get a tracking number as promised, then recieved a package containing the wrong model upper. However, I didn't have the same issue with they cutomer service over the phone. I was on hold for maybe 3-4 minutes before talking to someone. They emailed me shipping label, it went back to PSA and I had the right upper within a week. Could they have handled it better, absolutely. Am I probably still going to buy from them in the future, yes.

It sucks the OP and others have had such negative experiences with PSA. Hopefully they get their act together, however, I worry that if they did, they might charge more for their products.

For me it wasn't about being on hold, the phone wouldn't even connect. Almost like getting a "disconnected" message. But i eventually did get through the line today and after a 15 minute hold waiting to hear from someone they eventually got on the line and handled my query.....

The result? And I'm still in awe about this... They said they won't do any exchanges or refunds on vortex products. (0_0) yep... Said i have to contact vortex about it because all returns, both exchanges and refunds, had been requested to be handled through vortex directly. When i contacted vortex they had no idea what the hell psa was talking about and seemed disappointed. but in the end, they graciously offered to handle the issue since psa refused. They emailed me a return shipping label and told me to send it in and they would mail me a refund check... Now that is customer service.

If enough instances like this happen they perhaps Vortex and other companies will pressure PSA to handle their customer service matters properly or lose their business.

Coincidentally enough, the latest Brownells email indicates they're a Vortex dealer:

PSA sucks. Order something from them, took them 2+ weeks to ship. Will never order from them again, it's not worth the few bucks saved.
