Wow, that's ridiculous! I think everyone needs to start calling him and asking if he will do a PTP transfer of a Cal-legal AR-15 then everyone slap him around with the facts. I'm tempted to go in there and find out what's up his a**. If he doesn't want to be involved in the AR business that's fine! No reason to threaten people and kick them out though. I think from their point of view, even though they know OLLs are legal but it's a significant amount of "risk" in dealing with OLLs. It's his FFL on the line and as result it's his right to not want to deal with OLLs. But the supposed lack of professionalism from the new owner is shocking.
The most effective salesman is one that can sell an absolute overpriced piece of junk to a customer and make the customer feel like a champ for scoring the best deal in their life for that item, not have the customer regret buying it afterwards and keep them coming back for more... Now that's what I call customer service.

Wow, that's a surprise! I just bought a P22 from Brad and he was quite nice. I even left him with a sticker of the Calguns logo. We were talking and he did say that he's not interested in anything close to AW's, I got the impression he was personally more interested in wwII-era stuff. He admitted that he didn't know the details of the OLL stuff, and wasn't interested in going there.
