Gun shops that bash SSE

i went to sportsman supply in campbell yesterday, and the older guy was telling me that SSE was a federal offense.

i said "interesting" just to entertain him, and he fired back with "not interesting, it's ILLEGAL" lol.

he was pushing me to buy a gun from him that i inquired about. when i told him I wasnt local, and that I can't DROS until Sept, he told me that the i should buy the gun from him before the other 3 I have on hold and paid for lol

what a douche!

This is what I mean about shops bashing the SSE process. I completely understand the "Their shop, their choice" argument. I agree if a shop is uncomfortable doing SSE then they have every right to not do it.

It's the shops that go out of their way and try scare you out of buying the off roster gun you want. Just so you can buy one of their guns.

Sad to say its happened to me in a few LGS. Good to know I'm not the only person experiencing this.
