        I have family in Texas, Austin to be specific and I wouldn't hesitate a minute to move there. In fact of this sissy state we call home gets much worse by banning more guns and ammo, I just might leave sooner than planned.

        Let's see...live here and pay out the house for housing and state taxes and be told what guns I can buy or go to Texas and pay a 1/4 of what my house here costs and it will be twice the size .... Decisions, decisions....

          Vermont did not implement CC unless you are referring to when the original state constitution was ratified. They have never seen a need to put a law on the books allowing/regulating carry or permitting, side from no carrying in state buildings/schools

            Yes the decisions are killing me too.

              Arizona is a big state. There is a wide variety of climates. It doesn't have the oceanside extremely temperate areas like coastal California, but it has most everything else. There is a very cool youtube of a guy that hiked from Utah to Mexico that shows much of the varied topography that Arizona has. FWIW the summer temps of my hometown in the high desert in AZ are very comparable to Marin County in the SF bay area.

                Which of these states wouldnt bat an eye at the sight of a gun carrying transexual smoking pot outside a school campus? Find me that state and you will find me a place where real freedom is.

                  The lame thing is that none of those midwest states want any more California runaways.

                  I would go too, but it's like I can either stay here where it sucks, or go someplace else where I can own what I want but people revile me for being Californian.

                      That's the thing. I will mind my own business and I can care less what other people think. This is America right?

                        Vermont most likely. People just don't give much of a fuark what others are doing as long as they are friendly and respectful

                          PA, if you like cooler weather. We have;

                          1) Shall-issue LTCF - $25 and good for 4 years!
                          2) NO mag restrictions/no weapon restrictions. Barrett .50's are welcome here!
                          3) Class III/NFA legal state - you can own full auto, suppressors, & SBR's
                          4) Castle Doctrine

                          PA routinely gets a "C" rating from the NRA, because of the two blue anchors - Philthadelphia & Pittsburgh - and the anti-gun nonsense that occasionally arises from both (Philthy moreso than da' 'BURGH). PA is truly a red state between the anchors, and the state legislature is HEAVILY stocked with conservative, pro-gunners, who routinely vote down the hoplophobe nonsense coming out of the anchors.

                          I'm 4 miles from downtown Pittsburgh, and surrounded by pro-gun folk. That's even more true in the center and northern parts of the state.

                            Actually, Austin is insanely expensive (in relation to the rest of TX), extremely liberal and APD is a rough department to work for. Not rough as in you get in fights every day (maybe you do idk) what I mean is Chief Asevedo or whatever his name is throws his guys under the bus for ANYTHING. Look up Austin Police on youtube to see what I mean. Just watch the kinds of liberal jerkoffs you'd have to put up with if you worked there.

                            Food for thought.
