Unregistered rifle? Uhhhhhh, so was that chicken little thread about confiscation of Unregistered rifles true? I don't see how he could have gotten an Unregistered rifle in 2014... More likely before that law went into effect.

      38 Super? Wow, that's a rare one.

Too bad the kid wasn't raised right and now the Colt will be melted into a manhole cover.

My friends nephew was one of the suspended...I feel bad for him because he is not too bright. Half Samoan, quarter Mexican, quarter Irish. Not the brightest tool in the universe

It is a dupe - http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=924279 - but the other thread is going a different direction.

Nice gun. Pity it'll now most likely be destroyed.

For me, it was either Jordan or McGarvin. I was right in the middle. I chose McGarvin because Jordan had a bad rep, plus all my friends were going to McG...Anyways, its stupid. I told the nephew, after he had got suspended and when he told me what the gun looked like, that he should have just ***** slapped the kid and punked him for it (no really I told him he should have told the principal). What kind of kid takes a gun from his parents and then brags about it? What is this world coming too

I was zeyen, alamitos, then rancho.

I remember being in zeyen elementary during Halloween, with kids dressed up as ninjas with swords, and cops/mobsters with guns..... I think those days are long gone.

It said "4 students saw the gun before it was reported"

Weird. So 4 other students were ok with this guy having a gun on campus and nobody said anything.

That's not necessarily true, this is a school after all, there are kids everywhere. The 4 kids could've all been hanging out in the same place and saw it at the same time.

A sort of buddy of mine back in jr high brought his dad's gun to school. It was a revolver, 38 and it was unloaded. His dad was a CHP. He got caught too, but I can't remember if he got expelled or just suspended.
