    I've been told it isn't.

Yes a flash supresor is legal on a bb rifle. But for a featureless you would need a muzzle brake

Flash suppressors are legal in California.

Only weapons configured as assault weapons are illegal with respect to flash suppressors.

      I've never understood the self-confessors....

Yes, it has a bullet button. I use 10 rd mags. I think it's an A2 compensator. Somebody told me it is a 'bird cage flash hider'.

It's fine on a fixed magazine, semi auto, centerfire rifle.

That's exactly what I thought. As I read the law, evil features such as pistol grips, collapsible buttstocks, 'flash hiders' etc., are only illegal if the weapon has a detachable magazine. A magazine held in with a bullet button is not detachable, per the law.

Is it too late to play "Name the store?"

Question 4: Is the rifle listed in appendix b or c? The rifle WAS listed there, so the manufacturer changed the name/rollmark. That made it CA legal. It passes all the other tests.

Apparently the answer is: If Armando owns it, it's legal.
