                      I think that was just a metal tube, and she was firing .22 or .17. Those are so dinky they don't need a suppresor

                              I disagree, I had a Taurus PT-22 once (It was a major POS, I demanded a refund from the gun shop and got it.), shot it OUTDOORS with no hearing protection and my ears still occasionally ring from the damage I got that day from shooting one mag of .22LR from that "dinky" pistol.
