Are you sure it's not unlocked? Have you tried turning the locking handle? When unlocked the dial after turning back to the left will stop....
    Poke'm with a stick!

I'm just trying to help the guy out. I was merely pointing out possibilities. I didn't look up the cost of the safe.

If you have any ideas or suggestions, try posting them up instead of crapping on mine.

      Sorry, not sorry.

Well, I would certainly try forcing the dial with both hands until it doesn't turn at all.

Keep us posted when you figure it out, as this is the sort of thing any of us could come across in the future. I've got a Liberty Centurion safe, but it's quite a bit bigger. The only problem I've had is that it sometimes (rarely) doesn't unlock even when I'm sure I hit all the numbers correctly.

That cheap? The link says it's a $99,999 safe! That's far from the cheapest safe I've ever seen!

How about spraying some WD40 in the dial? Maybe some carb cleaner to free up the adhesive strips?
            1A - 2A= -1A :(

Thankfully I didn't put anything in it yet but what could cause this? I can just barely turn the dial if I use both hands and it only turns about half way then stops. Now I have a locked safe installed in my house that I cant open..
New safe? Used safe? What did the person/store you bought it from say when you called them?

Did u pull the handle up or down? When the combo is entered the dial stops spinning til u pull the handle up to open it. Might be unlocked already
