Funny, I have 4 of their safes, and their customer service and quality has been nothing but incredible. To be perfectly honest, if it worked in the store, and it doesn't work now, either you broke it or the moving company did

He bought one of their security cabinets. Different warranty than their actual safe's.

I have this model and the same thing happened to me after a month. It was already bolted down. Liberty sent a locksmith out the next day and replaced the lock. Didn't cost a penny. Outstanding customer service, and not another problem since.

I'd call them back tell THEM to come pick it up or send a service guy out, no reason YOU should do the grunt work.

If it is not something simple like the dial rubbing you are probably looking at an issue with the lock itself. Have delivered hundreds of safes with my pop over the years and only issue I can remember are from the dial getting whacked hard and bending the shaft the dial attaches to. Dropping them face first of the lift on the back of a truck can cause some issues too .

Assuming it is under warrantee, they should really send someone out.

Did you open it at the store to see if it worked? You said it turned 1/2 turn - is the shaft bent and dragging?
