So all these laws the could be potentialy coming into effect soon have me worried. Im on a tight budget but I feel another "scare" is coming and will cause black guns to go way up in price again. So I have a Ruger SR9c that I don't shoot much, should I sell it to put twords an AR? Or should I just save for a couple months and buy one?

If you can save up, I think that is a better move. If you don't like your Ruger, maybe sell that to get what you want besides the AR.

New laws or not that is what you are left with. If you buy a rifle and wish you kept the Ruger and now want to buy another then keep it and save for the rifle.
