    But consider the following. The seller has ongoing problems with the law. Given his legal problems, his transactions are probably under ATF surveillance.That same dealer has just sold you some "rebuild kits" via the mail into a capacity-limited state.

    A state with a DOJ that takes a VERY dim view of any pro-2A interpretation of the law-an agency which has not actually clarified the legal status of magazine rebuild kits. Its also an agency run by a woman who despises gun owners.

    It may be a wise idea to destroy the magazine parts and document it accordingly. Gun accessories are not worth a four figure legal bill or a police raid on trumped-up BS.
