Gunbroker responded to my case a lot quicker than I was expecting. Their response was "We have locked the feedback to prevent him from making any changes."

I'm stuck with the "B" ratings, but at least the "F" ratings I left are there to stay.

Should have changed his to an A then in the middle of the night change his to an F then report it to GB so they can lock it at (yours A) and (his F) lol

It's f-tards like this that give law abiding gun owners a bad name. I bet Feinstalin is brainstorming right now about a way to use this to strip California c&r holders of their rights, using this as an example. Update your feedback to include everything that's going on, report him to gunbroker, and hope bubba didn't have a cellmate in a while so he gets a nice hard and frantic "welcome" when the feds finally nail this pos.

I would tell the guy....as a seller it's more important for him to maintain a long standing account with good feedback. As buyer.....it's not as important and you can just open a new account and start over.

So his options are, he removes his BS retaliation posts, refunds you some money for the overcharge on postage and not including the boxes. If he doesn't you will update your rating to F and include the info on his blackmail attempts, then you will close your account and open a new one.

You really have more of an upper hand than he does.
