Said it would ship on feb 23. Told them to cancel. I see them getting hit hard but 30 day turnaround is far from good customer service. I already had this happen at targetsports and after 30 dags it was cancelled bcs not in stock. Lucky gunner gets it shipped the NEXT DAY, it can be done! So screw them, not waiting 30 days to here its on backorder...

Customer service... When things get busy, you get more people. Lucky gunner is sent the NEXT day. Cabelas, midway, brownells, not nearly a month. If i wait a month i want a guarantee its WILL be sent, not wait a month then told its backordered. Hey its our hard earned moey, they can bust *** sending it in a timely manner. CUSTOMER IS KING follow luck gunner, ONE DAY BRO. We should expect no less.

The form letter does not mean your golden, its automatic. Waited on another pace for a month and got jacked stating it not in stock., meanwhile everything else is bought out. Not gonna sit with my thumb in my arse and other thumb in mouth waiting for someone to say switch. Lost my as i said, lucky gunner can do it in one day, takes these clowns 30... We should ask for more service and not accept this

Since they're not getting in new stock from the distributors there's no point in taking on extra staff that they'll just have to let go once they catch up. For a lot of small operations it makes more sense just to proceed along with their current staff.

Notfernuthin but they set the expectation at the time of purchase. IMO this is favorable to no form of alert and then waiting.

when u order ammo online, they either have stock or u are pre-ordering; pre-ordering means that the company does not have the said ammo in stock and will order if for u at a later time...

I don't buy when I need ammo. I buy when my ammo stock looks like I will need some 6 months to a year from now, so 1 day or a month is all the same to me. Ammo to go is good to go in my book.
