    Had an oder from ammotogo

Said it would ship on feb 23. Told them to cancel. I see them getting hit hard but 30 day turnaround is far from good customer service. I already had this happen at targetsports and after 30 dags it was cancelled bcs not in stock. Lucky gunner gets it shipped the NEXT DAY, it can be done! So screw them, not waiting 30 days to here its on backorder...

Customer service... When things get busy, you get more people. Lucky gunner is sent the NEXT day. Cabelas, midway, brownells, not nearly a month. If i wait a month i want a guarantee its WILL be sent, not wait a month then told its backordered. Hey its our hard earned moey, they can bust *** sending it in a timely manner. CUSTOMER IS KING follow luck gunner, ONE DAY BRO. We should expect no less.

This current environment is proving who is here to stay in business and who is trying to capitalize by screwing the customer.
Blaming a gun for crime is like blaming a fork for Rosie O'Donnell being FAT!

Is that the last one you have in your sig?
This industry is not used to quick turn-arounds.
Some vendors have their act together, but even real-time inventory is new to lots of these folks. The fact that they say up front how long before they ship is new too. Lots has improved from the last few runs.

The form letter does not mean your golden, its automatic. Waited on another pace for a month and got jacked stating it not in stock., meanwhile everything else is bought out. Not gonna sit with my thumb in my arse and other thumb in mouth waiting for someone to say switch. Lost my as i said, lucky gunner can do it in one day, takes these clowns 30... We should ask for more service and not accept this

You sound like Veruca Salt. Go get your oompa loompa/ammo from lucky gunner. Feel free to wait until it's in stock, whenever that is. I'm thinking it won't ship tomorrow.

No, that's using too much common sense. If everyone did this, where would the crybabies vent?

The problem with this panic is it is really bringing out some less than sophisticated buyers. I had to put my shipping time policies in the form of a video on my website so they would understand it.

www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

Meh... Ammunition to go is better off without the crybaby OP.

'OP, running a business is more than just hiring people when your customers get impatient and they think you need to. Being in management myself, I can tell you that it takes about 6 to 8 months for a new hire to be trained and developed into a productive member of a team.

For example, let's say Exile Machine or Palmetto State Armory hired people 2 minutes after Sandy Hook happened. Do you think those employees would be up to speed by now to help expedite your order? Probably not. If anything, they'd be hesitant, slow in their productivity and make TONS of mistakes, no doubt decreasing over-all efficiency of the business; we'd no doubt be hearing complaints about their mistakes on Calguns instead.

By your logic 'OP, the gun industry should have started to hire more people MONTHS before Sandy Hook or even Hussein's re-election, which doesn't make any financial sense when the need wasn't there, and no one could predict that there would be this massive panic-buy and to this degree.

Give the gun industry a break 'OP, they're doing the best they can with what they have...

I don't always save the world, but when I do, it's in 24 hours or less...
