Starting in 2014 the ORM-D stickers will no longer be allowed and shippers will be required to use the black and white diamond label.

targetsportsusa.com always ships in plain brown box. It has the ORMD Consumer Commodity sticker but nothing else.

It's actually illegal for shippers use the Consumer Commodity ORM-D label for ammo shipments.

Just order your ammo from whoever you want to purchase it form, nobody is shipping bright yellow and green boxes with huge bold black typeface "THERE IS AMMUNITION IN THIS BOX". Buy it from a retailer and they ship everything INSIDE their box (Cabelas, BasPro). Buy it from an ammo dealer and its usually just a plain brown box.
The absolute worst is Brownells. They will ship in original ammo cardboard box and slap on the shipping label on it!!! On top of it, they had multiple "ORM-D Small arms cartridges handle with extreme care" stickers on the box. Don't order ammo from these lazy bastards.

Negative on this. USPS does not allow non-USPS services to deliver to its PO Boxes and itself does not transport ammo. So that PO box will just sit pretty on its own.

            Nope.

I won't say what's on their label, but "ammo" isn't part of it.
Just taking up space in (what is no longer) the second-worst small town in California.
