Check out this bump fire stock. It is ATF approved. Does anyone run this? Sorry if this has already been posted on here.

Arg they I just noticed it's not legal in California. If it's fun it's illegal. Glad I'm leaving this state.

ATF says legal CA DOJ says it is ILLEGAL
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man. Jefferson's "Commonplace Book," 1774_1776, quoting from On Crimes and Punishment, by criminologist Cesare Beccaria, 1764

Leave this state and never look back. This state is like the Titanic, there's a hole in the ship and were sinking fast.

With California's interpretation of the law, me changing out my trigger for a hair trigger could be illegal too because it allows me to fire faster. If I do finger workouts to increase the speed to which I could pull the trigger am I breaking the law then too? Its going to be hard to kill all these babies without my bump fire you know.

Yes, it's been posted about, weekly... for almost a year now. So often that there is a sticky thread about it.

Can you still buy this toy, for when a person visits the Land of the Free?

From what I understand you cannot posses it at all, even if it's not on a gun, even if you don't own a gun.
