They will confiscate your finger...Might as well give them the finger nowWith California's interpretation of the law, me changing out my trigger for a hair trigger could be illegal too because it allows me to fire faster. If I do finger workouts to increase the speed to which I could pull the trigger am I breaking the law then too? Its going to be hard to kill all these babies without my bump fire you know.

So according to PC, following the calguns interpretation, heavier weight recoil springs and trigger jobs are also illegal, correct?Last edited by lilro; 10-21-2012, 10:17 PM.There is no justification for the public servant police to be more heavily armed than the law-abiding public they serve...Unless...the government's intention is to be more powerful than the people.Comment

Real machine guns have been banned from new manufacture for citizens since May 19th 1986.

Umm what does that have to do with ??
slide fire is one trigger pull one shot and MG one trigger pull long 30 shots in a few seconds
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man. Geez. I had to look twice at the date on the original post above, just to be sure it wasn't something from 2 years ago and perhaps a necro-post reply brought it back from the dead. Hey OP, welcome to 2010... er 2012.
In any case, while legal elsewhere, it's ILLEGAL in CA; it's very clear in the CA code; not ambiguous, nor much room for misinterpreting. Numerous threads here on the matter clearly detailing why.

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?Comment
