I can report, after reviewing my order again, PSA is coming thru and sending me my BCG! Zach and Mary over there are great CS people. Now that's settled I think I can put in another order.

+1. I spoke to Mary as well, and a gentleman named Brent. Both were very professional and helpfull.

I apologize for the bashing earlier and think it's great that you guys are willing to take care of customers. With the way things were headed in the multiple discussions I was reading, I wasn't expecting this outcome.
+1 for PSA customer service!Comment

No worries. We had identified the problem and were working on a resolution when things got blown out of proportion (an employee giving out bad information did not help, either).
We aren't in business to pull a fast one on customers, and if there is a legitimate issue we will take care of it in a timely manner.Palmetto State Armory

This is the reason I recommend PSA to all my friends and why I will continue to support them with my continued business. Nice to see a company that puts out a quality product at a fair price. That is not only upfront in their ads, but also stands behind their product and service. Big thumbs up to all the hard working folks over at PSA.No worries. I ordered the same upper package on 09/18. It just shipped yesterday and should arrive on Thursday. I'll let you know how my situation turns out. Hopefully the BCG is in the box, but we'll see.Comment

Good for you, Sean! I am glad that PSA is standing tall and did the right thing.
They have been a great company to buy from and I will continue to support them...especially since they will now ship standard cap mag rebuild kits to Cali!
Well done PSA!

I ordered the same upper about the same time as the OP. I ordered that unit specifically because it included the BCG and as a first time builder I did not want to have issues with head space.
Mine came on Tuesday and included the BCG as originally specified. It appears to have been test fired because of brass marks on the bolt face but I can't be sure. Someone here may have thoughts about that.
Great looking kit.
Thanks, PSA!Comment

Where did they state this? I remember asking before and they weren't offering this service at the time. What are they charging for disassembly?Comment
