I put a bunch of the paste in a crock pot and kept it on medium-high heat. Then I detailed stripped my 1911s and let them sit in the crock pot for 30 minutes. That's the best way to "season" a gun with Froglube IMO.

Clever marketing. You might notice that Mobil1 and a tub of grease works just as well...Per their FAQ's
