I too would call. Chances are they probably shipped your order to someone else and they will eventually figure it out soon enough and come after you for it anyway. Maybe you can work out a deal to buy it and avoid shipping it back?

Just do the right thing
Wow, I'm starting to think there is still honor and good left in us.
You always do the right thing. Life has away of paying back if we don't take the necessary step to correct a situation, our fault or not.
I purchased a high end bicycle some years back. They under charged my by exactly $1,000. I basically had to talk them into taking that $1,000 as there records where wrong. Could I of walked out and had a cool 1000 to spend? Without question, but I could've never enjoyed that bike knowing I was responsible for paying them the agreed amount in full, mistake or no mistake.

I opened it. Found the receipt for the correct person. Called the company and told them. They sent me a shipping label so it could be sent on to the correct person. (Some guy in Hollister).
I then called my mother and chewed her out for making me so honest. he heNRA Life MemberComment

Personally I'd love to keep it and be stoked... But...
I'd go on knowing someone else who did pay for this is probably getting my small order and I got their big order at their head ache.. Call the place you ordered it from for all you know they might tell you to keep it and it would be cheaper/easier to just ship you and them their stuff and be done..
Then you won't feel like a d**k screwing one of us of our order hahahaComment

If you have enough of a conscience to post and ask advice on this...
simply call them and ask what to do.
DO NOT spend your own money to ship anything FOR them.
Document everything with pics and who you spoke with when about what.
Most likely, they'll have you ship it back and issue you some credit with their company.
If not, their service sucks."You will never know how much it has cost my generation to preserve your freedom. I hope you will make good use of it."

Why not? Stuff happens all the time at my work. I receive tons of murchandise every day and get tons of stuff not on our order or for other places. Sometimes we don't even get a whole shipment due to them putting it on the wrong truck.
Reason why they need positions like mine (receiver). But luckily I work on a military base and get to fondle all the fun stuff
And honestly if you were to see places like midway USAs warehouse and the way it's stored/picked/shipped.. It's insane and I'm shocked it doesn't happen every time. Especially coming from a receiver who does 1/1000000 of the stock they do. Some places have hundreds if not thousand of feet of 20 to 60ft shelves of stuff all down the warehouse.Last edited by CK_32; 09-13-2012, 3:34 PM. Reason: Yes I sound like an idiot..
