Funny and Sad

I went to the Malibu Court to pay a ticket because I didn't have a valid Insurance card on me when I was pulled over.

As I entered the court, of course, I went through the metal detector.

They found it necessary to keep my keys because I have a S&W trigger lock key on it. They first stated, " it is a handcuff key" I explain NO it is a key to a trigger lock, which recieved the response of, "Oh well you can dis-assemble a gun with that.

Lesson: LA Sheriff Deputy's are so poorly trained.

It is both funny and sad.

Wait wait wait guys before you go on all bashing....the Judges decide what is allowed in the courthouses...not the deputies and secondly...are you sure it was Deputies and not some security company the Judges hired?

In the San Bernardino Courts it Guardsmark hired by the Judges and the judges decide. For a while they wouldn't allow cell phones...what is the perosn at the screening station suppose to do...go against the judges.

Lastly..don't complain...become a cop and make the world better...if you can.

Training?

What ever happened to 1) Get your knowledge, skills, and abilities and THEN 2) Get the job.

Gawd, I get sick of hearing Gobbermint EE's wanting "training" to do something they are already getting paid to know how to do. They should be told to go home, study up, and then come back when they can do the job, otherwise, there's a couple hundred people that would be glad to take their job.
