Once past the 12 miles limit, CA has no control over you. In fact, you can use the Sov Citizen lines out there. Wrist-Rockets are permitted to deter "welfare" sealions who harass fishing - I used steel ball-bearings, and they never come around after ONE good "SMACK" to the blubber.Comment
