    Guns for zombie outbreak?

Theoretically speaking, if a zombie outbreak were to ever occur, what CA legal guns would you want in your arsenal and what kind of ammo?

This would be my minimum list:

        Shotgun
        Winchester 1300 Defender/Rimington 870/Benelli M4/SPAS 12

        Tactical Rifle
AR Platform Rifle (.223/5.56) or Acurized Mini-14 (.223/5.56)

        Pistol
Beretta 92 Platform (.40) with both a 9mm and .22lr conversion parts and mags
Glock 22/23/27 (.40) with both a 9mm and .22lr conversion parts and mags

As far as ammo goes shot and slugs for the shotgun, steal core 62gr. for the rifle, and either JHP, or FMJ for the pistols.

That's for vampires, silly. Get your horror flicks right.

What kind of zombies are we talking about? Fast, running zombies? Or slow, groaning ones?

Also, did they bite my mom or my best friend? I need to know what kind of movie this is.

Anything that shoots 9mm, 22lr, or .223 because of the availability and you can carry a large amount of ammo without too much weight

The one that went straight to DVD.

The plot never included your mom or your best friend. No dog either. Zombies are vari-rate. No T&A in this horror flick either.

OK, now I know what to pack then. I say shotgun, with my AR strapped on my back and my P229 in my leg holster.

And my made in Colombia machete in the backpack. 'Cause blades don't need reloading.

Now obviously I'm going to have some sort of romance with the good-looking chick. Not the one who dies early on, the other one.

Since the majority of the respondents this this is a joke.....

I guess a better question would have been what are you going to take with you when the military knocks on your door to enforce the NDAA and take you to a Feema camp.

M1 Garand ........... with a contest to see how many you can drop with a single shot. Mini-14 or AR-15 as a back up ......... and a 10/22 as a back up to the back ups ...... last but not least a 1911 for last ditch defense
