They look like they are solid copper so they will be very light. That alone will reduce the recoil. The little holes will do nothing.

Unless the bullets are seated with the gas ports below the case mouth, yes, lol.

Highly doubt these are turned manually. Website even mentions cnc, although no mention if they are running these lathe then mill, lathe with live tooling or Swiss style with a barfeeder.
