I sell things on Ebay. When a customer buys or wins my item they are sent a automatic email to send payment. Unless they select "buy it now". In that case I am informed of the sale, and I check my PayPal account to varify the funds.

I click to get a shipping address and prepaid shipping label that I print. When that happens a auto generated email is sent to the customer with a tracking number. If I don't ship it for a week and you check your tracking number it will say that info has been received, but no shipping information is available.

I thought that is what happened to you. I have had people win a auction over the weekend and a email was sent on Sunday with the tracking info. Come Monday morning they are pissed at me because the item has no shipping info yet. Yea like I can ship it on Sunday. Some people.

I give up to two weeks to receive at purchased item. If I don't have it in two weeks, then I contact the seller. I think you will forget all about this the second your mount shows up. That is usually what happens.

I rarely do business with them and when I do I follow a specific procedure. The reason is that their business model is based on little to no inventory and drop shipments from the manufacturer. Their customer service reps can look at vendor inventory and tell you what's actually in stock at the vendor so over the phone with confirmed availability is the only way I'll buy from them. I've been burned by their website and won't be again.

Unfortunately they have not tied their website into vendor inventory which means that every web order is a roll of the dice over whether it's actually in stock or out of stock short term, or out of stock for weeks to come. Buying from them via ebay is even worse because paypal is a pain to get your money back from. Unfortunately ebay allows sellers to sell using a drop ship model and if the drop shipper is out of stock you're screwed.

Exact same thing happened to me. It took them 3 weeks to ship my order.

Ehh, I've ordered from them a bunch in the past and I will probably order from them in the future. I know they take a little longer to ship so i don't expect it right away when ordering. Not a big deal for me. I haven't had a bad experience yet, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

But, of course, I like things to ship quickly. Most of the time it's about 7 or 8 days.

I've ordered numerous times with them with no discernible issue.

Only dumb thing I noticed with them so far is their gov't restriction on Quick-Clot. WTH is that nonsense? It's just Quick Clot.

Risk Management Team? I need to go through a risk management team to order Quick Clot?

I went to the camping/outdoor store around the corner and bought several packages like it was no big deal.

              Sorry to hear that.

Ordered a few things from them in the past. Did seem to take a little longer then everybody else but I did get them. Response time did take considerable longer (but thats compared to SKD, CSS, RifleGear etc... )

Weird....I go to them first, I get stuff earlier than I expected and at a very good or semi decent price. No complaints here.

I have only ordered from them once and it took about 2 1/2 months to get my order after the item was listed as being in stock. Phone calls weeks later informed me that the item was out of stock. I am not sure I will ever order from them again.

Why, you seem to be a California based retailer! Tell me more!

Do you offer product like Vortex and JPoint?
