I sell things on Ebay. When a customer buys or wins my item they are sent a automatic email to send payment. Unless they select "buy it now". In that case I am informed of the sale, and I check my PayPal account to varify the funds.
I click to get a shipping address and prepaid shipping label that I print. When that happens a auto generated email is sent to the customer with a tracking number. If I don't ship it for a week and you check your tracking number it will say that info has been received, but no shipping information is available.
I thought that is what happened to you. I have had people win a auction over the weekend and a email was sent on Sunday with the tracking info. Come Monday morning they are pissed at me because the item has no shipping info yet. Yea like I can ship it on Sunday. Some people.
I give up to two weeks to receive at purchased item. If I don't have it in two weeks, then I contact the seller. I think you will forget all about this the second your mount shows up. That is usually what happens.
