Hi yall, i hate to be the one to vent publicly but i just wanna ask advice on what to do.
I purchased a mount from opticsplanet on ebay on last tuesday ( Nov 15) and received a "shipped" reply from them that same day. However a week later ( November 22) and still no mount i decided to contact them and see where my package is, to my horror they replied the next day saying they JUST shipped it yesterday!!!!! That is not the worse part, the worse part is that they used UPS GROUND!!!!!!!!! The tracking says it will be here on NOVEMBER 30th.... exactly 2 weeks from the purchase date and a week after the estimated delivery date. I have called their customer service and being no help at all, they told me that this is normal for them. I also asked why didnt they use a faster shipping after they knew they messed up and they said "because thats what we use with free shipping" They didnt even offer to give me anything to make up for it.
Is it justifiable that i am a little pissed off about this? and what should i do!
