I have a diamond membership and have no regrets. I will say this though the freaking calls and emails will drive you nuts. But otherwise I love it.

When they call there is an option to stop the calls. I can't remember exactly what the choices were but about six months ago I listened long enough to hear the option and haven't had a call since.

There are many Front Sight members holding additional memberships. I am sure prices are all over the place but probably not close to cost.

With the last deal, there are hundreds (if not thousands if the guy I talked to at Front Sight was accurate) of these which were purchased at $125...so $250 is already 100% markup over what's floating around.

Sort of makes me feel sorry for all the guys who stockpiled at $250 trying to sell them for $2000 and were scooped by Front Sight's deal.

Really tough to put a price on these, but for $125 I figured if everyone I gave one to went just once, it would have been worth it...considering the current deal is $69 for a single class...a good deal on its own, but pales compared to $125 Diamonds + Alaska!

Edit: Followup thought...I wonder what 'deal' they'll offer come December? That was when they had the last '$250 deal'...I wonder if they'll have a 'get anything you bought this year' special, or something completely new?

                bizarre.
That is about it. I know little about it, but I know little about timeshare sales too. But somehow, they sound the same.

How about $5k for to add FS Africa, FS Florida or FS Hawaii to your membership?

Or, $500 deluxe 4-day hotel packages?

If you have noticed your post has been deleted it was because you referenced buying a Front Sight membership. That is not permitted on Calguns and the below link explains it:

Please do not post anything about buying or selling a Front Sight membership. Thank you.

I don't have anything to gain one way or the other as I'm not buying or selling any right now. However, what I understood from Librarian's post and Front Sight's letter is that memberships are not to be offered for sale here (Front Sight prohibits advertising on any form of electronic media since that competes with their own efforts). There wasn't anything about "buying". Wouldn't it be okay for some to post a "want to buy" request? That way CGN members that are holding some extra memberships could still contact them and not be violating the Front Sight rules. Just asking....

i would agree with harbinger on that interpretation myself, but, i'm not in charge or holding the axe. and can understand that they need to be careful so they dont get into trouble with FS.

FS has sold these memberships for members to resell. As part of the agreement, Front Sight restricts the methods of resale members can use. FS has no agreements with the potential buyers so they are not restricted.

Calguns may or may not choose to police these agreements as requested by Front Sight. Kestryll has decided that Calguns will enforce Front Sight's seller agreement.

I appreciate that we can even discuss Front Sight at all. Some other forums have simply banned any mention if it rather than policing what FS asks. The info on here made my first trip out there much more enjoyable, knowing what to bring and expect.

My Diamond Membership is one of the best investments I have made in my goal of being a Ninja.

I was the test dummy in my family with Front Sight. My brothers didn't want to take the risk when everyone was selling memberships for $250 because they were skeptical. Well now I have attend one of their courses and I am more than impressed with the training I received. Now they want memberships and the membership drive is over. I know there are still people out there in possession of memberships, but can not sell them on the forums anymore.

Well if there is anyone out there who doesn't have a membership to sell, I'm not interested in buying one so don't PM me.

Great to hear. It is always a little intimidating the first time but there are plenty of members to help out.
