Got an email today about an Ambassador membership with some extra stuff thrown in for $500 bucks. Just curious what happens with the people who bought early for a lot more. Do they get that refunded, or are they just mad?

I bought in early. I'm not mad. With the 2 for one, not only did I get the package advertised, I transfered the 2nd Ambassador to my wife and she ended up with a FULL 2nd package. I got more than I expected and way more in value due to the number of memberships I recieved. Just have to find a mrket to sell them since we can't advertise on-line. FS is supposed to help us with that as well. Don't know how that is going to work yet...

It always makes me mad. My original Diamond cost WAY more than they are today but.... being semi-retired, I go to FS a lot. Some I feel I am still ahead.

However, I don't agree with the membership advertising limitations. We all have tons of them and no good way to let people know we have them. They are given out freely as bonuses to upgrade but then you are limited on ways to sell them, so they are more of a POTENTIAL benefit. Where I live, the gun club I go to the President is anti-FS, so it sets the tone. The gun shops here are anti-FS as well, and the gunsmiths too. So it limits your potential base, no matter how much YOU enjy FS. Except for the President (who took one course at FS and teaches weapon courses himself), all the haters never have been to FS, just regurgitating OTHER persons rhetoric.

I upgraded to Ambassador early (one of first 500), and the benefits were much greater than under the later offers, especially for those who took advantage of previous offers, prior to Ambassador, which in turn made the Ambassador even more beneficial.

Absolutely no reason to be mad! I'm happy to get people in for less than i paid. Why should i be angry?

I try, but I don't want to seem pushy. Sometimes the people act like you are trying to put something over on them? I guess I am not a good salesman! Its sad because I see people at lunch about to buy a FS membership and I take them aside and try to help them and they think its not as good as the $4000.00 two for one!
