    I ordered a couple of (virtually impossible to screw up) Blue Guns from them to see how they'd do. Price was low, order came fairly quick, no drama. But with all the negatives out there on them, I can't bring myself to order anything that could be screwed up.

      I also purchased LMT rear site for $60. Had tracking number next day. Item arrived in three days.

            I have never had a problem with them. Although, I shop more at LA Police Gear for the convenience sake. They are about 10 minutes from my house. I placed an poder today, and I will be picking it up in couple of days.

              i've had a friend have an experience with shipping times with botach. i'm the type of guy that wants my stuff shipped and to my door asap

                BotachTactical Visit

                I had the opportunity to go visit Botach in their Los Angeles store. As I mentioned before, they allow LEO/Military into their store. When I arrived, I had to call because I couldn't find the entrance to their store. The entrance is to the rear of the building. I was supprised to find out they have 3 separate buildings that housed their products. When I walked in, they had inventory stacked from the floor up to the ceiling. They had alot of workers retreiving orders, stocking, and fielding phone calls from orders to inquiries.

                I was really surprised. From my observation, I could see how orders do get lost b/c of miscommunication from one wherehouse to another, ie, I went there to purchase some camelbak gloves that looked like mechanix tactical gloves. I went to one of their wherehouse and ask about the gloves and directed me to the other wherehouse which is a couple of minutes by walking, when I arrived there, a friendly staff walked me over to the other wherehouse where I came from.

                anyways, I placed my order and went on my merry way. I just wished is that they gave a LEO/Military discount seperate from the price thats on their website.

                  I placed my first order with them back during the Obama craze. I received it promptly, without issue.

                  Then I learned more and more about their horrible reputation and did not order anything from them again... until last week.

                  On 8/4 I placed a small order (a few rail covers and some pouches). I received a confirmation email immediately after and my card had a temporary authorization made that same day.

                  6 days later - NOTHING. No email, no shipping info, no order update.
                  I just got a shipping confirmation email. A little slow, but not outrageous.

                    I've ordered from them a half dozen times and I've always received what I ordered within a reasonable amount of time.

                      First time, ordered some Magpul MOE stock and grip yesterday and received shipping/tracking info today. I'd say they're pretty reliable nowadays.

                      8/12/11 Received products as promised, new boxed condition, great job Botach!

                        If they ever fix the inventory on their site they would get better rating. I spent 20 mins on a chat trying to find out if an item was in stock and in the end she just ignored my questions and i gave up

                          Wow. Its been what, 4 months? I decided to give Blowtach another try. I felt maybe by now they stepped their game up and got their *hit together. Lost time I ordered it was a mess. So this time I tried to order the same part they messed up on long ago. But this time was worse. No live chat and no one answering the phones, customer service and no one in sales. These calls are in normal business hours and its not Monday or the weekend. I really feel like who ever owns Blowtach has bigger priorities to worry about. I just cant see how a small business owner(speaking from a former small business owner myself) would let his company do this. Absolutely terrible customer service and as mentioned horrible inventory/system. This is twice now I've wanted to give blowtach my money and they wouldn't even take it from me cause they don't communicate. I could have sat around with my thumb up my as* waiting for them to respond or and I quickly just order from a million other vendors. So I'm ordering from another company I trust and that will actually answer their phone.

                          Unbelievable.

                              Long story short, 2 orders, first was perfect, shipped fast. Second had one back ordered item which was sent to me 2 weeks before they said they'd have it in stock. Customer service was fast to respond, and very friendly. I'd order from them any time.

                                Ordered two G31 mags, got two G27 mags. I was like "what's up with this Botach?" They said to resend as they emailed me a package slip...make sure you don't throw away the original package or you have to get your own.

                                Once they recieved the the G27 mags, I get an email from them saying that they don't have any G31 mags in stock...despite me ordering them online saying that they were in stock!

                                Ugh!!!

                                After some back in forth emails and notifying the Botach/Calguns rep...they found one G31 in the back (instead of the two I originally ordered).

                                So I got refunded one mag and got my one (1) G31 mag.

                                My rating: 2.
