So it sounds like botach is a shot in the dark. I guess I shot my self in the foot this time.

I placed an order for a glock magazine before I found out the reviews of Botach. It came quickly, and couldn't have asked for better service.

When I started noticing the bad reviews I had to go back in my email to make sure it was the same company I ordered from.

Sounds like they are hit or miss from the reviews. I was lucky and would probably use them again because of my first experience.

I'm in No. Cali and visiting family in So. Cal this week. I called them and ask if they have a store front, they said they only allow LEO's in. I guess if your in So. Cal, if your LEO and want to buy something from them, just go to there store to make sure that the merchandise is there.

Got off the phone with a nice lady there about an hour ago, its been 3 weeks but they are going to ship what they have and email me an ETA for the rest of it. Its my first transaction with them, not super pissed off since the glock store did the same thing with a barrel they sold out of stock only to try to sell me a different maker when I cancelled my order

Ordered A few Glock mags and a KZ cleaning tool for my AR, showed up in two days, so no complaints here.

Customer service is hard to reach by phone. I have placed one order with them and will not purchase from them again.

So far they have done a great job for me. Maybe they have changed lately?

Ordered a LMT rear sight for 60 bucks. Shipped the next day and got it within three days. No complaints.

I ordered from them once and received the item within several days. I thought the store was great until I started to read all the horrible reviews here. I guess I was one of the lucky ones to have a good experience. I don't feel like risking my next order now though after reading about everything.
