Anybody ever had problems with them not getting orders? I'm on ten business days since receiving an order confirmation with no tracking number for my order. Credit card was charged day of. No replies to my emails. Nobody is answering the phones either. I'm a first time customer too!!

Anybody have any idea how to get their attention? Ordered items included their ss upper and moe lpk. Neither of which are out of stock.

Do I have to call my credit card company to get this handled? Help!

I've always had success with using the "contact form" on their website. I usually have a reply within a day. But they did come out with the new hammer forged barrel last week and are probably swapped. I just got confirmation my upper is shipping today (order placed on the 15th).

You might of ordered when their system was not sending out the emails and their shipping is slow (let me repeat SLOW). They strap those uppers and lpk's on the back of a snail and let it go with a swat on the butt and a good luck stamp on its head.

Your order might already be in transit, but don't expect it to get it quickly. I ordered my LPK several days before the upper and while they did send me the tracking info its been crawling slowly across the US to get to CA. And good old UPS hasn't bothered to update scans in the last few days.

Thanks guys, good to know i'm not the only person here having this problem.

Palmetto did get back to me earlier this afternoon on my first "Contact Form" inquiry that I sent last week. They did provide a tracking number in their reply to my email and had actually processed and shipped not too much longer than when I had ordered. Looks like the automated emails with the tracking numbers really just haven't been going out.

Was just anxious with $600 usd having been paid with no word of anything for so long and reports of other people having to get in touch with cc companies. Looks like they've been good on their end, just a small technical issue from keeping people up to speed.

This was my experience as well, I was a first time buyer last month. They got your order. Them not answering emails, or providing tracking numbers is normal for them. Don't worry about it.

I think once they get all those $50 lowers shipped their shipping times should go back to normal.

Anybody have any idea why Palmetto hands off the delivery from ups to usps? USPS had my order for two days with an "delivery exception" for the status and is now showing that its being sent back to SC. I always get my gun parts via UPS no problem.

If Palmetto even decides to resend my moe lpk to me, it will be a solid month since my card has been charged. SIGH.

Call customer service and explain the situation, then demand an alternative shipping method.
