Not sure if this is the right place, but I placed and received an order 6 months ago... Didn't get a chance to open it til last friday because of the military and found out that a ctr I ordered wasn't a ctr but was a moe. I didn't really mind, but I didn't want to ship it back because I'm only home for 9 more days and I wanted to get to shoot the rifle I built. I called them up and they refunded the difference, no questions asked. That's some great customer service if you ask me and all my online purchases will be with them from now on.

Anybody ever had problems with them not getting orders? I'm on ten business days since receiving an order confirmation with no tracking number for my order. Credit card was charged day of. No replies to my emails. Nobody is answering the phones either. I'm a first time customer too!!
Anybody have any idea how to get their attention? Ordered items included their ss upper and moe lpk. Neither of which are out of stock.
Do I have to call my credit card company to get this handled? Help!Comment

If you got the $7 shipping they send it to your local post office via ups and then usps will deliver. You will have to contact them for a tracking number. The same thing happened to me and took 10 days to receive. It usually takes 1-3 days for them to process/ship your order.sigpicComment

They had posted that for awhile, their online service was not sending out tracking number like it was suppose to. Perhaps your order lied within that time frame. Their service is top notch though, they're always busy on the phone but I call multiple times throughout the day and I would get through no problem. I would sit tight for now, they are not the kind of company who would take your money and not ship/make it right.Comment

It says to give 5 or 7 business days to custom build each upper. They have top notch CS. No worries they'll do right by you.
I ordered 200 rounds of PMC .308 from them last year. It was several days no shipping confirmation. Joe said he'd ship another package out right away. Then the next I got the 200 rounds I ordered. I told him that I'd buy the second batch if he would wait until friday to charge me.
