I walked over to the window to watch some shooting and still no help when the same guy was sitting on his *** watching me. Only as I was leaving did the young kid behind the rental counter ask if I needed help. Besides him only one other guy there didn't act like a dick. I hate that place but only use the range if I have to.
The young kid there is the only decent customer service oriented person they have. You have to almost do everything your damn self there, then they rape you on prices. I try and go wed nights now, its ladies night and seeing the boobies bounce seems to put them in a decent mood to help. Not to mention a lot less idiots in there. Someone open up a damn decent range in VTA now!!

Jeez. Do numbnuts run these businesses?
We are forced to shop and do transfers at an FFL so they don't have to worry about customer service.

So I called the range master and he came out and got it out but after banging my gun a few times on a shelving unit. What policies do these ranges have regarding their cheap *** reloads causing damage to your firearm?
Don't buy reloads for your gun, simple. Why would you? Its more $ than walmart. Think ahead.

Does anyone know if BlueLine opened their shooting range yet?

They closed Cherry Creek, so now its either Piru or a day hike into the Wilderness Areas just to fire off a few hundred rounds.

Ventura needs a better option than Shooters Paradise. Maybe with competition SP will change their reloads policy.

Fort Courage Armory in Simi has been my "go to" place and the transactions have been great.

Although now that I know about EBR, I'll go that route since they are much closer.

The Glass Factory is a one hour drive but it's getting dirty and people need to clean it up or they'll close that too.

Forgot about Glass factory. Thats not too much farther than Piru for me at least. Cherry Creek was closed due to tree huggers filing a lawsuit. The fact its cleaned up every few years wasn't addressed, if I was told correctly. So the glass factory will be next to go.

without an extensive environmental report spanning years, they will not get the OK to open it back up. So its done I guess.

That's not what i'm saying... he said he bought reloads to run through his gun.. I could care less if their reloads screw up their guns, but I won't ever use reloads that someone else made in my gun.
