Ok i can make out a gun from that picture.... but ... COME ON!! how stupid is that. It looks.... hell ... like a building with... uhh... its open to interpretation really...
Even if it was an "obvious" picture of a gun... i cant believe he was suspended. How sad and upsetting

And...where is the ACLU? Oh yeah, I forgot they only support 1 and 3-10.

Looks like scenes from either Die Hard 2 or Executive Decision? Could either be people standing on a moving plane.. or dangling from a rope waiting to be rescued.

I guess all "L" shaped objects are guns now? Sad.

I would've been expelled countless times over.

And if the kid is 13, he really can't draw. Did anyone see the survey link? Funny.

I remember drawing a Ghostbusters picture in 2nd grade and I got my 'attitude' card for the day get switched from blue to yellow because I refused to color it. I remember the teacher and she still is in the business.

If what I drew at the age was drawn now, I would probably been expelled forever!

Looks to me like he wants to be and archetect, the people are walking up the sidewalk. The guy on top is enjoying a roof top smoking area or lounge.

I look at it from an angle and see a B-2 bomber with guys parachuting out of the bottom of it!

You gotta be kidding me! For as long as I can remember I've been fascinated with weapons and for as long as I can remember I drew knives, swords, guns, warplanes, battleships. How in God's name did I manage to grow up into a law-abiding citizen with not a single bad habbit?

Isn't Colorado a shall-issue state? You would think that somewhere in the system you would have someone with half a brain. It obviously takes more than one person to suspend the kid and to later uphold the suspension when the kid's father tried to fight it.

At least he had the sense to leave the serial number out of the picture..
