I have my G23 in my desk at work everyday...but, I'm the boss, so I have that going for me...would sure hate to cap a disgruntled employee though...it would just look bad. I would much rather talk it out if it ever came to a confrontation.

Correct. If the company says no beer or religious materials in the work place, they are within their rights. Children's car seats are a Federal requirement..

But I hear ya..This will be an interesting case..

There is a difference between "IN the work place", and "locked in your car in the parking lot."

I keep a .22lr, 12ga, 1911 and a .410 in my truck all the time, no way I'm going to go through the hassle of taking them out every time I go to work.

When my old boss picked up his 12ga on the way to work he brought it in for us to check out. A few years later when I told him I had picked up my Mini-14 from the ffl he told me to take it out of my trunk to show him. Then three years ago he bought 3 lowers for a coworker, himself, and I to build (I put his together for him, coworker has yet to get an upper). I had to leave due to not enough work (economy) but he was the best employer I have had and was very pro gun rights. Still talk to him once in a while.

People who move to "free states" are in for a rude awakening. Those "shall-issue" states are fricken warzones. Dead, burnt bodies. Blood, guts. The hardest thing about going to work is dodging all the dead people riddled with bullet holes littering the streets.

I've been wondering since you left and you never told us...where the hell did you go???
