Best way to explain it i've heard.

As far as golf courses are concerned, I've been told that wearing your CCW improves your swing. Will test this very soon...

My gun doesn't harm anyone, go off on its own, or really do anything. It just sits there in my waistband doing nothing.

I have a Diamondback DB380 that I can carry in my front pocket of a nice outfit too just so I can continue to be armed just about anywhere.

What is my job you ask? I am a teacher! Well by day and a gun dealer at night. I am not sure why I keep picking primary jobs were I can't be armed.
              Wes,

Please let me/us know when you get Diamondback .380's in that we can buy. I'll drive over and buy one. Thanks.........I really appreciate the Glock 27 you sold me. I love it.

Criminals do not post on the internet telling us where and when they'll strike their next victem. Truth is, there is NO SAFE PLACE IN AMERICA ANYMORE. My sister lives in a small town in Oregon where there hadn't been any serious crime in twenty years and them some guy broke into a home and killed two elderly women and he has not been caught. Don't get complacent just because you live in some place or are visiting some place that has a low crime rate.

Have serious crimes ever been commited in malls or on golf coursed? Is there ANY chance serious crimes will occur at those places in the future?

I for one am thankful for folks who only see the brighter side of the world/society and think that crime can only happen in bad places.

It’s the law of the jungle. I want to be that neurotic gazelle that is constantly lookin up and side to side and taking off at the slightest gnat fart. And I know there will be that one gazelle that is singing show tunes in his head, smelling the pretty flowers thinking this field is too nice for anything bad to happen.

That Gazelle will soon be meeting the digestive tract of a pride of lions.

To the look on the brighter side gazelles……… since poo can happen ANYWHERE,

THANK YOU, from me and my family.

Better to have and not need, than to need and not have.

Regardless of where you are, what you are doing, it's always nice to be prepared for anything.

I live in Irvine, probably one of the safest cities in the world. You would think that nothing bad could ever happen in Irvine if you lived here for a year or two. But, if you look here, back in 2009, some psycho with a sword killed a couple people and injured a few more - IN IRVINE!. Wouldn't you want a gun if you were there for that scenario? I mean, it's just grocery shopping, and you don't need to protect yourself from the potatoes... so why do we feel it necessary to carry? Like all other's have said, it's all for personal protection. All the people calling us crazy for wanting to carry a gun just take their safety for granted. When something happens to them, they'll be completely unprepared and will chose to be the victim, and will take whatever is thrown at them. Carrying a firearm gives you a choice. Be a victim, or not?

                          Why is that idiotic.

[1] An emergency can arise anywhere.

[2] You have no way of reliably predicting when or where you might need to defend yourself.

[3] If you're going to a mall, or a golf course, or anywhere else, you don't magically materialize at your destination. You must pass through some amount of territory before you get there. And maybe you'll need to stop for gas or something on the way.

I carry my gun whenever I legally can (mostly when I'm visiting Nevada or Arizona). I'm not going to try to guess when or where I'll need it. I keep it simple. If it's legal for me to wear my gun, I'm wearing my gun.
"It is long been a principle of ours that one is no more armed because he has possession of a firearm than he is a musician because he owns a piano. There is no point in having a gun if you are not capable of using it skillfully." -- Jeff Cooper
