Rifle mounted lights, why?

    Oh and one more thing. While I was in the military, one thing I learned was that the most lethal route was not always the best route. At night, the surefire I had mounted to my rifle, which I now have on my ar, allowed me to completely ruin the target's night vision, which then allowed me to physically take the person down. Many courts think differently about levels of risk or threat involved. If an unarmed person were to break in your house, especially if its some lost, drunk idiot who thought his wife changed the locks to the house, shooting them could be seen as unnecessary use force. My ar looks all tacticool but every piece is on there for a purpose.
