Daryl himself said it earlier. Jay always pulls something out of his ***. My wife hated him in the beginning, but she's a fan now.
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. Way to go Jay! Your unconventional style, according to the experts, seems to pay off in the show!

Have only watched the last two episodes, but it seems to me that the elimination round played to Jays strengths at target shooting. It was certainly a tense competition with both shooters in direct competition with each other.

Joe seems to be the sleeper of the group.

Yes Bro! This is what getting him up the ladder, Simply said:Attitude in competition, the right psche. He admitted he is the least experienced but at that point there's no way but up, he even psyche -up Daryll " Dont get beat by a Golf coach! obviously, Darryl is complacent with all the credentials he have. but Jay has more intensity in his eyes.it reminds me of the usual preference, weaver or Iso.? jay's was "cup & saucer", they even adviced him to change but no way!!he did it his way. it now appears that whtever form, all you need is attitude & comfort. By sleeper you mean, "guy with talent who does not appear to have any"?

Joe didn't do well at all the previous week. If Red Team had not won their challenge, I'd say Joe probably would have been voted for the elimination match, based on performance.

my wife hates Jay. says he is cocky.
i see him as a guy is comfortable in his ways and will change if he sees an improvement in it.

i cant wait to see how he does on the 50 though. the big ol marine guy sure did have a giddy school girl look for it when they said what was coming up though.

i know when i shot the m82a1 for the first and only time it was bad ***.

I figured Jay was going to go down in the challenge, until I saw that all the targets were going to be in a line. As soon as I saw that I told my wife (she likes the show!) that Jay has a great chance to win.

Having the targets all in line requires no transition from target to target, playing in Jay's favor with the stance he was using. The elimination challenge was very different from the team challenge in that respect.

It was amusing when the other guys made fun of Jay's International hold on the 10/22. I've seen rifle shooters on the line use that technique and figure whatever works, you know?

If Calguns had the budget for a public event, the carnival set up would be a hit

I was wondering who gets stuck with the clean-up job, because they seem to shoot a TON of glass on the show(unless of course its fake galss - sugar & water). Carnival set-up would be a blast though.
