I sure hope he learned his lesson. He needs his permit revoked for life and not be able to handle any firearm after an incident like that. People like him ruin it for the rest of the law abiding citizens to carry.

I was thinking the same thing reading the article. Someone stands in front of my car pointing a gun my first reaction would probably be to hit the gas.

My boss at work told me he and his wife once had something similar to this darwin story happened to them in frisco. The came to a stop at an intersection and a black guy stepped right in front of the car then pulls out a handgun and pointed at my boss while cussing-yelling out and walked away pointing at them all in broad daylight with traffic and people every looking. Ofcourse no one cared to call pd.
