POLL: Separate sections in Classifieds Forum - Anyone else?

How many of you would like to see a separate classifieds section for Pistols, Rifles, Shotguns and Rimfires?

maybe even subforums of those sections such as autos, bolt action, pump, revolver, etc etc.

Basically, it gets exhausting to find things in the classifieds section and i think that separating it would slow it down by spreading out the new posts.

The problem is people already can't follow the current rules, but I'm for it.

I voted for "I want to see separation of some sort- not necessarily R,S,P" because I would like to see the FS sections separated by geographical locations. Kind of similar to the different Community Chapters that we have here already.

Yeah I'd like to see it seperated by locations as well. I hate it when people don't put their location in the headline and write it at the very end of their sale post. Sometimes they just stick the location in some random spot in their ad. I read their awesome deal and realize it's up north or too far down south at the very end. I'm pretty sure a bunch of people end up wasting their time with it like me.

Like this idea a lot. I think sub-categories beyond pistol, rifle and shotgun is too much.

+1 on the North and South - most (not all) ppts don't or can't ship.

Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun would involve people posting in multiple forums if they have different types of firearms to sell.

I've always supported the idea of North and South though. If you wanna buy a gun and are willing to travel far you can always click on the other thread.

I'd like to see the OP's county in the thread title. North or South is too broad for a state the length of California. A "Northern California" gun is a 220 mile drive south for me if it's in the Bay Area.

i say it's fine. if we just put the city in the title if we are unwilling to ship, then it will be much easier for everyone.
