if the ammo they are producing is as they claim with regards to consistency and quality control, i would compare the pricing more to target ammo than just plinking ammo.

meh, not that great. you can save more money on shipping by waiting for ammo to go on sale at your local dealers. For company losing a big contract, their standard pricing should be at least the mil/leo price and for a company that might risk getting tanked, way lower than that for average joe.Buy my EO Tech XPS3-0!!!

My buddy just got the LEO pricing. It is pretty dang good. For example, 15% off the $20 dollar box of 380 - 50 rds. HPR's 380 ammo specs out at just about the same as Buffalo Bore which is more than TWICE the price of HPR. $20 is great pricing, so 17 is even hotter if you're lucky enough to be LEO.
Combine the good pricing with being fully american components, with clean powder within 1/10 of a grain loaded FULL POWER....and being Arizona based, I'll be doing a lot of business with them. (At least until the stupid internet ammo law goes into force) Just got the go-ahead from the CFO of the house so I'll be testing it myself soon.

Someone should email the manufacturer. Let them know about our website/Group. Say we support their states discession and see if we can do a discounted group buy.
