Sounds like LA politicians are corrupting a competitive bid contract - thus creating a situation which is likely to waste taxpayer dollars.

The fact that they made an exception for the AZ company that helps them acquire revenue through traffic cameras shows that they are not enforcing their ridiculous boycott in an even handed or fair manner, but that it is all about political favoritism.

This shows that these politicians are corrupt, dishonest, lying criminals. Impeach them all, then send them to jail. After all, their "boycott" is a conspiracy to aid and abet illegal border crossers in avoiding prosecution.
