There are always good buys in any auction. I have bought many guns from live auctions and well as internet auctions like Gunbroker.
The trick is knowing what the gun is worth and not bid over what you set as a budget. Always go through the catalog before you actually go to the auction because it is easier to set you budget at home then under fire. You may wanna spend some extra $$$ as a last minute decision, just remember to add approximately 20% to what ever you're bidding on at Littlejohns. Why 20% ... If you bid $1000 on a firearm and there is a 10% buyers premium then there is 8.75% sales tax and $30 dros fee. It adds up to be about 20% more then you bid price. So your $1000 + $100 + $96.25 + $30 = $1226.25. So by using the 20% in the calculation will give you a fast way to know how much the bill will come out to be.
Bid smart and you can have lots of fun buying a gun at the auction !!Wanna learn to shoot SKEET? I am here to introduce all shooters to the sport of SKEET Shooting ....
