CUSTOM CAL GUNS LOWER

I'm in ! been looking for a ZEDU lower for months now, no luck. I want a custom. Whatever is decided, I'm in.

Mega is selling ZEDU lowers again, give them a call to see if you can still order them. If anything, you can always buy an "Umbrella Corp" logo lower from Spikes.



I'd really rather not have a zombie lower. I think we should keep this centered on CalGuns and our 2A rights.

good... now everyone who is drooling for an umbrella on their lower can get them. a nice laser etched design. oh... and just because someone did it doesnt mean there wasnt a violation of trademark/copyrights.

The title of your thread is "Custom Cal Guns Lower"
Cal Guns (Calguns) is copyrighted and you can not use it on a lower that you are producing for sale or having done for a group buy without permission from the copyright owners.

If you are just talking about a custom lower that's only going to be available to Calguns members, then that's a different story.

I would be very careful using the "Don't Tread on Me" snake.



It's not close enough to be a copyright issue, but the problem is that the Bushmaster receivers are listed. The snake on the lower could be mistaken by LE as a Bushmaster and result in some explaining.

But I REALLY like that design!

Seems like every time this idea of CGN lowers gets tossed out, about 1/4 of the folks that swear they want actually buy one.............which leads to deals several month later as the stocking dealers try to dump the rest. (a least that's how I got mine)

I stand corrected, the wording does not represent the intent of the thread 100% as a CAL guns 'themed' logo is an option depending on the final vote.
This project has not been endorsed in anyway by CALGUNS.net or CALGUNS foundation. Lowers are being commissioned on behalf of interested members within this community.
