I am curious as to how many of yall wear personal protective equipment while cleaning your guns. Personally I wear nitrile gloves (unless the chemical calls for more) and I'll wear a respirator. Any one else do anything of the like? or am I just "special".

I like to use the gloves and safety glasses. Those little splatters can sting a bit when they find their way into the eyes.sigpichttp://www.americansafaricoffeecompany.com "An adventure in every cup" -

For serious sit down cleaning sessions, gloves, glasses & compressed air! Have to be a bit careful with the air compressor, let's just say I can tell you that MPro7 mixed with carbon residue doesn't taste good!
That's one reason I started wearing clear glasses when I use the compressor!
For quickies, no glasses, no air, and sometimes I wear gloves and sometimes not...Comment

i just wash my hands really well after a gun cleaning session.
if the chemicals i'm using is that hazardous to need wearing gloves... i'm not buying it.Originally posted by leelawBecause -ohmigosh- they can add their opinions, too?Originally posted by SoCalSig1911Preppers canceled my order this afternoon because I called them a disgrace... Not ordering from those clowns again.Originally posted by PrepperGunShopTruthfully, we cancelled your order because of your lack of civility and your threats ... What is a problem is when you threaten my customer service team and make demands instead of being civil. Plain and simple just don't be an a**hole (where you told us to shove it).Comment
