    I think they were talking to the nimrod who said Gunpal Sucks. Not you Thurman.

    By the way I have done several transactions with gunpal and noticed it does seem to take about a week for money to go back and forth.

    Also did you PM artherd like he asked?

      Yeah, did you bother to PM the OWNER OF GUNPAL as requested 20 MINUTES after you posted? Gunpal is a new company and there will be growing pains. If you can't handle that and it means nothing to you that the company is owned an operated by one of the front line fighters for gunrights in CA go back to paypal. I suggest you quit using Gunpal for about a year, then when all the little issues are worked out come back and try again. I am in no way associated with Gunpal, just a fan of Ben and others like him.

        Oh jeeze. I've got this same issue as the OP. Did a transfer around end of April and still no funds in my Bank Account. Who do I need to talk to on here to get this resolved? A online tkt system when it involves funds is not a acceptable form to resolve this. I've already opened a tkt, and no my email has not eaten any replys.


        *PM'd the owner on here for gunpal. I really hope this gets resolved quick. Growing pains or not...blackholing funds is a serious issue.*

              Let me settle this guys first of all I have done my due dilliegence. I even got a call from Arthur today not yesterday and he said he would get back to me on this. My problem is I had great service from them up to this point I felt slighted because all of sudden they didn't respond to my e-mail in 24 hrs. Now to this date no funds have appeared and I have even put my number up for them to contact me. So why is it I am not hearing from them??? Or do some of you think just because they are gun friendly I should accept this crap? If you do to bad because I don't. I will say this when ever this is resolved I will let everybody know. And do not assume I did not follow through with the post left by Arthur because I did. With that being said I am still waiting for a call not the bull crap generic e-mail they sent me. They received their fees immediately so why should I not get the same courtesy? This to me is a breech of contract you get a percentage of my sale and will send me funds within 2-5 business days. If not they should let me know what is going on I am very reasonable but ignoring me pisses me off. Like I said i've already sent some items out and I have let others know I will not send out their items until I get my money. So look at the facts and don't try to make it seem as I am not reasonable.

                Our support team is very dedicated and ontop of things, however it is email based at present - they can't call you if they wanted to. We are going to roll out Phone Support but not until it is ready to handle the volume.

                There is nothing worse than being on hold for half an hour waiting to get something done, I know, I've been there.

                        i'm on the other side of thurman's transaction. i just got an email from gunpal a few mins ago and they were somewhat helpful with my issue. i'm waiting to see what their reply is to the changes that i requested.

                        i'm not sure why but the payment that i sent to thurman on april 30th still isn't credited to his account, which is causing him to hold shipment. not quite sure why the payment is being held tho.

                            I don't think "PM"ing the "OWNER OF GUNPAL" is not a legit solution, considering the business is a nation wide service and contrary to popular belief the majority of firearms owners in this country are not members of CGN.


                            I am curious why electronic fund transfers would/should take a week? Snail mail is quicker than that.........

                              ^ 90% of GUNPAL transactions post within 2 days. Many smaller banks or Credit Unions use intermediaries to process, and for a variety of reasons ACH can take up to 7 days in some cases. It's an antiquated system dating back literally to the horse and buggy days of physically moving checks across the country, and it needs to be replaced.

                              In this case, it looks like our support team was on this from the get-go.

                                Artherd I had 6 smooth transactions with gunpal all payments were sent with in 2-3 days. I assumed because of the amounts it would take longer. So as far as credit unions being an issue I don't think so. That is why I am so up set. I keep getting lip service and I don't believe that i'm getting the true issue. I don't think your to blame I just believe that some one on the operations side needs to deal with this. I had an issue like this with BofA years ago and I had to contact the state banking commission before they admitted the funds were sent to a wrong account. They wound up have to pay for all of my overdraft fees and send ing out letters explaining what happened. All I am asking for is some clarity before I go that route. I have a rifle that I drosed and if I don't receive the money I will have to pay to redros it which means I am going to hold someone responsible. Like I said this is a breech of contract Gunpal received the funds and got their fee. In return I request a withdrawl and I receive funds with in 2-5 business days. As of today no funds and no real help from them they asked me for transaction ID numbers which I have provided. And guess what they still do not respond in the 24 hr. time frame as guaranteed. But they did in the past when I didn't have this problem whihc is not right. Basically they need to fix this and fast because its not right or fair to not let some one know whats going on with their money especially since they are the intermediaary that is responsible for it. Up until the time the funds hit my bank they are responsible and they need to own up to that. I appreciate you helping but I need faster movement on this because everything is overdue.
