    Gunpal

Sorry about this but I need some help. I have not been able to get in touch with any person at gunpal. I have followed all the steps and still no response. They have not deposited funds for a transaction I did over a week ago. When I sent a email I got no response. Now I am looking for a number to contact them directly. So if you have one I'd greatly appreciate it if you could send it to me or even call me 213-435-0877. This is making me frustrated just need help since I already shipped everything. Thanks and I'll keep you guys updated.

I know it takes some days to get the fund but a week is too long. I did not have any issues getting my funds. I hope this gets settled soon.

curious as to how gunpal handles business..was thinking of signing up.
as for thurman, he gets a vouch from me. people who work constantly can be challenged by the USPS especially when it averages over 30min line at MANY offices in LAC.

              my humble 2 cents..

It's an off the cuff term for ISP's blocking emails, we have that problem here too. Frequently Hotmail and AOL will block the Registration emails vBulletin sends out.

That is very insightful. Do you have pamphlet or newsletter that I may subscribe to?

Aha, after all the flawless transactions I've made, the truth finally comes out. Other than being excessively secure, they won't freeze your funds/fine you for firearm related transactions and not supporting anti-Constitutional agendas, do you have some more useful insight on Gunpal's downfalls that are not apparent to those of us who have had excellent experiences with Gunpal?

Uh ok. Well on behalf of everyone that uses gunpal as an alternative to anti gun paypal, you SUCK.

I see that you are new to shooting, and you don't really know any better. It's ok junior, you'll learn.

But please do explain why gunpal "sucks!!!"? Are you employed by eBay?

Guys this sucks! This is the same issue I had with pay pal in the begining why I don't use them now. First few transactions great and than issues. My other problem is no phone number to contact when ask for a call back nothing!! Finally after 2 days I get a generic e-mail this is unacceptable. And by the way I have been around for a long time and for a company to only have e-mail as a form of communications instead of a phone number is not right. At this point I have to call them out if not what else can I do? They have already been paid and they have no incentive to answer me unless I call them out in public. After I receive my funds I will not use any payment service again yea they are gun friendly but whats the point if you have lousy customer service yes I said it lousy and no follow through on a serious issue. In my mind they are no better than pay pal and yes they should have a contact number for issues like this and not the bull crap e-mail they sent me!!!!!

By the way I had 5 or 10 transactions with no problem now I have an issue with my ISP i'm not buying it. Had they called me instead of sending me a form e-mail response I would have been alot more understanding. I made 2 compalints saying similar things but I got the same exact e-mail for each response not happy. If there is something wrong on their end tell me I understand but don't give me a bs execuse. And I will be going to other boards and telling my story.
